At LUINU, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we offer a simple return process that applies to both defective and non-defective products. We also accept exchanges under the same conditions.

Return eligibility

You have up to 14 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your item.

Only items that are new, unworn, unwashed, and with their original tags and packaging will be accepted.

How to return a product

  1. Make sure the product meets our return conditions.
  2. Email our customer care team at info@luinu.com to initiate the return process.
  3. Return the item via your local postal service.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipment.

Exchange requests

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or model, please indicate your request clearly in your return email. Exchanges are accepted within the same 14-day window.

Refund details

  • Refunds will be processed using your original payment method.
  • No restocking fees apply.
  • Processing time: up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return.
