At LUINU, we offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Your package is carefully prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after order confirmation.

Estimated Delivery Time

Our standard delivery time is 6 to 9 business days for all destinations worldwide — no matter where you are.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking to update.

Customs & Import Duties

Some international orders may be subject to customs or import duties upon arrival. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping prices.

Returns

LUINU accepts returns within 14 days of delivery on all new, unworn items with original tags. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. All returns must be sent to the following address:
